This is where the origins of Kotschenreuther lie: What could be more obvious for a vehicle manufacturer from the Franconian Forest?, than, first of all, to deal with the transport of wood?
And so we still primarily build short timber bodies and trailers, mostly with Exte stake systems and often together with proven Epsilon wooden cranes.

Technical characteristics
- Our wood transporters are also an expression of our company philosophy: The focus is on simple operation and practical details.
- Extreme demands are placed on timber transporters. The vehicles are driven in impassable terrain and it is not uncommon for them to charge a little more than is actually permitted. Our chassis are therefore significantly more robust than a pure road chassis.
- We only use Scandinavian stanchion systems to secure loads.
